1. Introduction & Our Role
Global Coditure Technologies (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates as a B2B (Business-to-Business) service provider. The GuardOne Pro App is a workforce management and security operations application designed to help corporate Clients (employers) manage security guards, manpower, field officers, and HR workflows. In legal terms, our Client (your employer) is the Data Controller, and Global Coditure Technologies acts as the Data Processor. We process personal data strictly in accordance with instructions and authorizations established with our Clients.
2. Sensitive Permissions & Data We Collect
To provide core security tracking and safety features, the GuardOne Pro App requires access to sensitive device capabilities. We collect the following information:
- Real-Time Geolocation Data (GPS): Geolocation is collected transparently and is strictly limited to operational requirements. Location data is collected only during active duty tracking, attendance verification, patrolling sessions, or when the SOS feature is activated.
- Camera & Image Data (Photos): The app accesses the device camera to capture an on-the-spot photo/selfie when an attendance log is uploaded. This prevents proxy attendance and verifies identity.
- Audio & Microphone Data (SOS Emergency Feature): Audio recording starts only after the user explicitly taps the SOS button and is visibly notified that recording is in progress. The microphone captures up to 30 seconds of audio to assist in emergency response.
- Profile & Employment Information: Employee name, phone number, corporate email address, employee ID, leave details, and salary advance requests.
Google Play Compliance Declaration (Prominent Disclosure):
GuardOne Pro App explicitly declares that it handles sensitive device permissions in full compliance with the Google Play Developer Program Policy.
- No Background Surprise Tracking: This app does not secretly record audio or track location in the background without user initiation.
- In-App Prominent Disclosures: Before utilizing the Camera, Microphone, or Location services for the first time, users are presented with an explicit, clear in-app dialog detailing exactly why the permission is needed and how the data is handled.
- Runtime Consent: Microphones and cameras are only activated via real-time, runtime user actions (tapping a button) accompanied by clear visual recording indicators on the screen.
3. How We Use Your Information
We process data solely for core workforce management, security tracking, and personnel safety:
- Attendance & Identity Verification: Cross-referencing timestamps, precise location coordinates, and uploaded attendance photos to eliminate fraudulent clock-ins.
- Patrolling Verification: Mapping GPS paths to ensure security parameters are actively and safely patrolled.
- Emergency Response Automation: Processing the user-initiated SOS audio recording and exact GPS coordinates triggered by the SOS button to assist employers in deploying immediate field support.
- Workflow Operations: Processing leave tracking, onboarding metrics, and salary advance approvals.
4. Data Sharing and Disclosure
Global Coditure Technologies does not sell, rent, or trade personal information. Data sharing is limited to:
- To Your Employer (Our Client): All operational metrics, attendance photos, patrolling paths, and SOS emergency recordings are directly accessible by your employer’s designated HR and security administration.
- Trusted Service Providers: Secure cloud hosting infrastructure operating under strict confidentiality agreements.
- Legal Compliance: Disclosing information if required by applicable laws, warrants, or court orders.
5. Data Retention and Account Deletion
- Media & Incident Retention: Media files (including attendance photos, report images, and SOS emergency voice recordings) are securely stored and automatically deleted after a 365-day retention period, unless a different timeline is contractually mandated by your employer.
- Inactive Accounts: Accounts inactive for more than 365 days will be suspended. Data will be permanently purged 180 days after suspension unless retention is legally required.
- User Account Deletion Option (Google Play Compliance): Users may request account deletion through their employer or by contacting info@globalcoditure.com. Upon verification and subject to employer retention requirements, personal data will be deleted. All corresponding personal information, stored validation elements (attendance photos), historical location logs, and SOS emergency audio files will be permanently wiped from our live production servers within 30 days of confirmed deletion, subject to regulatory or employer compliance retention laws.
6. Information Security
We deploy rigorous technical safeguards to protect sensitive audio files, geolocation logs, and image data from unauthorized access or alteration.
Important Security Notice: Employees must secure their login credentials. Do not share your password. Global Coditure Technologies will never ask for your password via an unsolicited call or email.
7. Your Rights and Preferences
Device owners can modify mobile operating system permissions at any time to restrict access to the Camera, Microphone, or Location services. However, restricting these permissions will prevent critical security features (such as attendance punching, patrol tracking, and user-initiated SOS audio recording) from functioning.

8. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We reserve the right to update this policy to maintain alignment with Google Play Console policies and changing app features. Updates are effective immediately upon being published inside the app or on our website.
